The people behind Kaleba
Kaleba is a nonprofit spin-off of Drommer, a venture builder developing the next generation of European entrepreneurs.
Aicha Bouira
PRESIDENTItalian-Moroccan, global citizen.
She first explored how business can create measurable impact at Utravel, where she developed the company’s impact report, before joining the Grameen Creative Lab, the social-business incubator co-founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Muhammad Yunus.
Combining this social-impact experience with her technical background, Aicha founded Kaleba to help nonprofits modernize and ensure the communities they serve are not excluded from human progress.
Gianluca Di Donato
SECRETARYGianluca Di Donato is the founder of Drommer, a talent-first venture builder based in Ticino, Switzerland, built around a simple idea: start from people, not from ideas.
He founded Utravel, later acquired by the Alpitour Group, where he now serves as innovation advisor and leads the group's corporate innovation unit.
He has spent over 10 years in the startup ecosystem and works with founders as a mentor across several acceleration programs.
His focus areas are open innovation, tech and travel.
Matteo Falteri
MEMBERMatteo Falteri is a Florence native who relocated to Ticino. After early career experience in sustainability and several years working abroad in international development cooperation, he chose to settle in Switzerland, where he took on the role of Head of Development Projects at Frequenze.
A natural affinity for working with people and a passion for meaningful ideas drive him to keep believing in new projects, particularly in the fields of social innovation and community building.
